Call your credit card company, report them and request a credit refund and you have been scammed. Discover issued a refund. That's the way to fight back!

Something... Anyhow, it looks like they've only been around since 2018 and are perhaps based in Hong Kong and this is just their distributor. Do not order from them.

Karrie L. The best way of dealing with this sham company is to start a dispute with PayPal AND your credit card. This company take your money, send a load of tat that looks nothing like the pictures on social media then refuse to refund a dime. It's about time this company was either shut down or banned from advertising on any social media platforms. They are a deceitful scam business.

I pay through PayPal so that in the event my merchandise doesn't show they have to refund me. I got stuck by a similar company who no longer exists but I can pretty much guess that one of these "new" companies that display ads with the nice clothing when viewing online sites like MSN

Order no. E1008871 I am a UK customer I received order E1008871 but the item did not fit I returned it on May 21st - I have the receipt showing proof of postage. I returned it to the following address AS INDICATED ON THE PACKAGING BERRYLOOK YANWEN F2P 3 SKYPORT DRIVE HARMONDSWORTH UB70LB I have received emails suggesting that the item should have been returned to China! This is not acceptable or reasonable. Please action my refund promptly. Thank you. M Shearer

As to getting an address from Berrylook to return items to, don't waste your time asking them. I emailed them FIVE TIMES trying to return way too-small items for a refund and asking them what address to send the return to. In their first four replies, they simply ignored the question. Finally they emailed me and offered to issue me a $18 refund (on an $88 order!) and that I could give the clothing in my order to someone else as a gift. Rip-off company.

I too had a terrible experience with Berrylook. I returned everything I bought to a Mississauga, Ontario address and am still trying to get my money back months later. Do not fall for their scam.
